General characteristics of internal and external agrarian financial legal relations

The article is devoted to singling out the specific features of internal and external agrarian financial legal relations. It proved that first group relations are due organizational form business entities in which they arise, change terminate. These established legislation regulates status these entities. In particular, it determines procedure for formation property funds agricultural enterprises, distribution result (profit) among founders participants (members) (for example, payment dividends (in entities), patronage cooperatives), as well making a deductions funds. At same time, documents adopted such on basis made. addition, exercising control over their economic activities regulated. settlements with members (participants) also case termination entity’s activity or withdrawal its (participants). opinion substantiated peculiarities caused by nature carried entity. Therefore, regulated field state support agriculture social sphere village; implementation certain types activities; insurance crediting producers.
